This year, we will be building on the continuously evolving DMC venue by addressing our theme which involves the role of Government and Industry Leadership for Affordable Defense Systems.

We plan to emphasize this concept by exploring a number of military service case examples of where leadership collaboration involving the development and application of manufacturing technology enabled successful program outcomes. Example; Navy Virginia Class submarine.

We are also working to bring to DMC 2009 a number of new topics and ideas identified by prior year participants, (“Green Mfg and Alternative Energy Mfg) as well as involve key players on the new Administration leadership team, …so be sure to watch the agenda develop on this site in the coming months.
