Exhibiting Booth Rental Rates The rate for booth rental is $1975 (per 10-ft x 10-ft booth). PLEASE NOTE ALL EXHIBIT FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. The exhibit fee will include the following:
Online Exhibitor Registration View the current exhibit hall layout and select one or more of the available spaces. Exhibit spaces are going very fast so don’t delay, register online and list your preferred choices. The shaded booths have already been assigned. We ask that you list at least 3 choices, due to your first choice may have already been assigned. The committee will make every attempt to keep the layout as current as possible. The spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an initial confirmation that your application has been received and once the exhibit manager has processed the application and assigned your booth location you will receive a final confirmation. Please Note: An email confirmation will be sent immediately following the submission of your registration. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of submission, your registration may not have been received and should be re-submitted. *Set-up time for the shaded portion of the exhibit hall begins at 5:00 PM. Exhibitors Interested in Attending Conference If any exhibitors wish to attend any conference sessions they must follow the conference registration procedures and pay the associated conference registration fees.
