HOTEL RATES

$139 Corporate Traveler (plus taxes, currently 9%)

$108 Government Rate or current per diem for Government Personnel Only. (Tax exempt if paying with a government credit card.) Government credit cards will not be ran until the day of arrival.

In order to receive the government rate you must be an employee of the Federal Government.
Based on availability the conference rates will be available three days prior and three days following the conference.

CUT-OFF DATE: November 1, 2007

All reservations must be received by Thursday, November 1, 2007. The hotel room block will be held until November 1, 2007, or until the block is filled, whichever comes first, so we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible. All reservations must be accompanied by one night's deposit plus tax, or guaranteed by a major credit card. Deposits are only refundable for cancellations occurring three days prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Anyone checking out after 11:00 a.m. may incur late charges.
